Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly Subscriptions (AI Marketing)
Our monthly AI marketing team service (₹999/month) operates on a month-to-month basis with no mandatory lock-in period. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing cycle renewal date by notifying our support team.
2. Project-Based Work (Websites & Apps)
For custom website and business application builds, initial setup/advance milestone payments cover project initiation, architecture, and design work. Cancellation requests before active production begins are eligible for a partial refund minus onboarding expenses incurred.
3. Setup Fees
One-time setup and onboarding fees (e.g. ₹999 AI Marketing onboarding setup) cover brand kit creation, competitor audit setup, and workflow configurations, and are non-refundable once onboarding work has been initiated.
4. Billing Entity
All transactions, refunds, and adjustments are administered under Petuk Ji Pvt. Ltd.
