1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website or engaging services provided by One17 Technologies, you agree to these Terms. All commercial engagements, client agreements, and invoices are executed and billed legally under Petuk Ji Pvt. Ltd.

2. Scope of Services

One17 Technologies provides managed AI marketing operations, web design, application development, startup mentorship, and workshops as defined in respective service scopes and pricing pages.

3. Taxes & Billing

All prices quoted on the website are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Invoices will reflect statutory taxes and are payable via approved business payment channels.

4. Client Responsibilities & Approvals

Clients are responsible for providing timely brand assets, business information, and approving weekly/monthly content schedules before scheduled broadcast or deployment.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom assets created for the client (including website code, custom visual graphics, and blog copy) become the property of the client.
